- Waiting time: up to 30 minutes; the waiting time will reduce the duration of the tour accordingly.
- No-show: If the group does not arrive within 30 minutes, the tour is considered completed and will be charged in full.
Cancellation Policy:
- Free of charge up to 3 days before the scheduled date
- 50% cancellation fee thereafter
- 100% cancellation fee on the day of the tour

Important Notice for Your Arrival
Since January 1, 2025, the Lueg Bridge on the A13 Brenner Motorway is generally restricted to a single lane. A second lane is only opened on peak travel days. This may lead to traffic delays and restrictions along the route. We recommend checking traffic information for the Lueg Bridge in advance.
