Evening Ride with the Patscherkofel Cable Car

As the sun slowly sets behind the Tyrolean Alps and the sky glows in shades of gold, pink, and violet, a truly special experience begins: the evening ride with the Patscherkofel cable car.
Every Thursday in summer, the Patscherkofel cable car extends its opening hours until 11:00 pm (last uphill ride at 10:00 pm). Cancelled in case of bad weather!
Leave everyday life behind in the valley and glide relaxed toward the summit. Whether it’s a romantic outing, a leisurely walk, or just a moment to breathe – the evening on Patscherkofel is yours to enjoy.
Once at the top, you’ll be treated not only to a breathtaking panoramic view over Innsbruck and the surrounding mountains but also to the magic of an alpine evening.
In the mountain restaurant "Das Kofel," guests can enjoy traditional and international dishes, coffee, and cake alongside stunning views. Those who prefer a more rustic experience can choose from various mountain huts nearby. (please check opening hours and walking times).
