Two apartments, one apartment for up to 6 people and one apartment for up to 2 people, are located in a stylish villa above the city in the recreational area of Innsbruck. Only a 3-minute walk to the Nordkettenbahnen cable cars to the city centre or to the skiing and snowboarding area/Nordkette and the Nordketten Singletrail (one of the most difficult trails in Europe). The bus stop to the city centre and the local mountain Patscherkofel, also a skiing and hiking area, is also only a few minutes' walk away. You are both in nature and close to the city centre.
The house consists of two completely separate residential units, each with its own entrance. The upper apartment has an 80 m² sun terrace and the lower apartment has a garden with a terrace.
Parking is subject to a fee throughout Hungerburg. For both apartments, it is possible to park a car directly at the house. Parking for the upper apartment is free of charge, but for the lower apartment there is a fee and a ticket must be purchased for €9 per day.

Rental conditions:Cancellation free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival, thereafter 100% of the total accommodation cost.
Deposit: 50% within 7 days of booking. Balance: 6 weeks before arrival.
Arrival day: earliest arrival time: 4 p.m. Departure: by 11 a.m. at the latest.
