The high-quality architect-designed house was built 10 years ago and has a small garden featuring a separate area for guests. The apartment includes a living room with a kitchen and dining area, one or two bedrooms (depending on the number of guests) and a bathroom with a shower and washer-dryer. There is a direct bus connection to Innsbruck every 30 minutes. The bus stop is about a 10-minute walk from the property. Zirl is a sunny and centrally located destination, only 15 minutes by car from the city of Innsbruck. The shops and small restaurants in the market town are 5-10 minutes away on foot.
