- 1 x Group Training Indoor, Base Outdoor Training and Mountain Base Session (3 training sessions in total)
- 1 x Mountain Yoga Session
- ascent and descent with the Innsbruck Nordkette cable cars
- 1 x training session in the swimming pool of the Tyrolean State Sport Centre (2 hours / without trainer)
- Use of the sports facilities at the High Altitude Centre Kühtai (half day / without trainer)
- Additional nights, half board and additional programme available on request!
